Clarice, Josh, Frank and Family,
We are so sorry for your loss. Frank was a good buddy when we were growing up in Mt. Airy. He was always smiling and we had lots of great times hanging out on the street corners. Great memories of us playing cards in the back yard under the trees at the Winter's house. He will be missed.
You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.
Kevin, Linda, Matt, Kevin and Mark Heigh
