I was very sorry to hear the sad new about Elaine. She often drove my mother to her various appointments before she passed away. Mom always enjoyed the time they spent together and the conversations they had.

When I first met Karla's mom Elaine when we were in college, I was struck by her great big belly laugh and direct and honest approach to life. I had never met anyone like her before. She always made me feel welcome and I envied the great relationship she had with her daughters. I know she will be missed dearly and I send my sincere condolences to her family and friends.

I am so sorry for the loss of your mom, wife, sister & friend. Having never met Elaine in person, I've grown to love her from the endearing stories my friend Karla has told me over the years. Elaine was a caring lady who put everyones needs before her own. My thoughts and prayers are with her family and the many others whose lives she impacted. Elaine will be missed dearly.

Elaine was a special person to me during the years I lived in Boscobel. We shared lots of years of bowling and she included me in activities in Boscobel. Elaine was a good friend and listener. Always remember her good cooking. My condolences to "Doc" and family.

Elaine was always an inspiration to me. I LOVED her! She made Boscobel a better place. I'm so sorry I missed the service. I would have been there had I known.
We usually read the paper thoroughly but this week was just one of those weeks and we did not see the obituary. My most heartfelt condolences to you all.
