Arnold "Arnie" E. "Banjo" Miles, age 81 of Woodman, passed away on Saturday May 18 2013 at his residence in Woodman. He was born on February 26, 1932 in Millville Wisconsin. The son on Harry and Iola (Wiltrout) Miles Sr.. He married Mary Wemmer on October 21, 1950 at St. Clement's Catholic Church in Lancaster. She preceded him in death in October of 1998. He is survived by a son Michael (Debbie) Miles of Caledonia Illinois. 5 Grandchildren 3 Great-Grandchildren. 3 Brothers: Harry (Lynn) Miles Jr. of Monroe Wi., Harold Miles of Illinois, Howard (Dixie) Miles of Fennimore. 3 sisters; Darlene Monson of Rockford Illinois, Charlotte (Walter) Gumtow of Monroe Wisconsin,Juanita Miles of Rockford Illinois, also Nieces and Nephews . Special friend Clara Peterson of Fennimore. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 sons infant son James Patrick Miles, Don Miles "Jug" along with a sister.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday May 23, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at the Kendall Funeral Home in Boscobel. Pastor Charles Koester officiating. Burial in the St. Lawrence O'Toole Catholic Church Cemetery Mt. Hope. Friends may call on Wednesday from 5:00-8:00 P.M. at the Kendall Funeral Home in Boscobel. Sending our thoughts and prayers to you all during this difficult time. Arnie was a great man and he will be missed by so many people. He was a very avid man for this town of woodman and we all will miss him so very much. Hang in there family and remember all the good times you had, we sure will.

Arnie will always have a special place in my heart. I have so many memories of him from when I was child up to an adult. He will surely be missed. Keep all those memories close to your hearts.
