We we deeply saddened to hear about our dear friend, Joe, and our sincere condolences to the family. I worked with Joe out at the pines, trimming Christmas trees, as did most of our friends in that day. Joe always had a great sense of humor & used to imitate Cecil Peer barking at the kids "gol dammer, stay on your row!!" He brought much laughter & with his very gentle spirit. Joe was a good man & will be missed greatly. He was born on independence day & how appropriate that he will now be truly liberated from all sickness & desease. This 4th of July, we will drink a toast to our dear friend, Joseph. :(

I don''t think I ever saw my Brother-In-Law Joe when he didn''t have a smile. He always kept up with all the sports and even I could talk sports with him without feeling bad if I didn''t know near as much as he did. If I got stuck, he always filled in the spaces. He always checked the sports to see how my Kids and Grand Kids were doing. You could readily see He was a very loving Husband, Dad, Father In Law and he loved his Grand Children dearly also. He was a man of much patience as is my Sister Linda also.
He fought a hard fight and God decided it was time to relieve Him of all his pain.
and Call him home. With heartfelt condolences to all of his family. We will all miss him and We will never forget Him. May God Bless you and Keep you until we see your smiling face again Joe.

I''ve had the same best friend for the past 60 years. Now he is gone. I told Joe last June that I could not imagine my life without him. I am finding out it is much harder than I ever thought it would be.

To Joe's family, I apologize for not making it in person to wish Joe a good trip but a cold I have had for 2 weeks just was too much. I know all of us will miss Joe, he was one of a kind. I have many fond memories, including spending time with him, Steve, and Linda at the oil company office and having the honor of being invited to the annual New Years Eve free throw shooting contest outside at Joe's house. I extend my deepest sympathy to all and apologize again for not being able to be with you in person.
May God Bless You All. John K

I am a fellow 1969 classmate also. What I remember the most about Joe was his never ending smile. He never ever passed any one in the BHS hallways without greeting them with a hi or smile.
I rode home from those Fennimore dances often with Annette, and I think a few times Joe was along.
Great times to be remembered. I am sure he will be remembered at the next class reunion also.
God's blessings to his families.
