Agnes M. Lathrop, age 100 of McGregor Ia. and formerly of Wauzeka and Boscobel passed away on Friday December 16, 2011 at the Great-River Care Center in McGregor Iowa. She was born on May 14, 1911 in Eastman Wisconsin. The daughter of John and Mary (Clumfor) Linder. She married Charles Lathrop on June 19, 1928 at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church in Eastman. He preceded her in death on May 31, 1976. She is survived by two sons: Charles (Ardys) Lathrop Jr. of Onalaska, John "Jack" (Carol) Lathrop of Janesville. A daughter Janet Beinborn of Bagley. 29 Grandchildren, 77 Great-Grandchildren, Several Great-Great-Grandchildren. A sister Gladlys Harvot of Eastman. Two daughter in laws: Nola Lathrop Peterson of Arena, Camilla Lathrop of Boscobel. She was preceded in death by her parents, Two sons James Lathrop, Robert Lathrop. Six brothers, two sisters.
A Memorial Mass of Resurection will be held on Monday December 19, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Wauzeka. Father Thomas Huff officiating. Burial in the Wauzeka Cemetery. Friends may call on Monday December 19, 2011 from 10:00 A.M. until the time of Service at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Wauzeka. In lieu of flowers memorial can be given to Scared Heart Catholic Church in Wauzeka. The Kendall Funeral Service in Boscobel is assisting the family.
