Lorraine H. Maag, age 96 of rural Woodman, passed away on Monday March 28, 2011 at the Good Samaritan Society in Fennimore. She was born December 2, 1914 in Marion Township Grant County Wisconsin.  The daughter of Louis and Louisa (Wellner) Brechler. She married Edwin Maag on February 25,  1936 in Marion Township Grant County Wisconsin. He preceded her in death on September 13, 2002. Lorraine and Edwin farmed in Hickory Grove all of their lives. She is survived by two sons; Lloyd (Linda) Maag of Woodman, Delbert (Kris) Maag of Prairie du Chien. Three daughters: Eldeen (Eugene) Oechsle of Fennimore, Eileen (Gordon) Durand of Verona, Diane (Jim) Collins of Boscobel. 19 Grandchildren, 31 Great-Grandchildren.  One sister Evelyn Gebhard of Boscobel. A daughter in law; Carol Maag of Prairie du Chien. She was preceded in death by one son Alvin Maag, one brother Virgil Brechler, one great-granddaughter Brittany Maag.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday April 2,2011 at 11;00 a.m. At the Fennimore United Methodist Church in Fennimore. Pastor Duane Andrus officiating. Burial in the Bethel Cemetery Hickory Grove Township. Friends may call on Saturday April 2, 2011  from 10:00 A.M. until the time of Service at the Fennimore United Methodist Church.  The Kendall Funeral Service in Boscobel is assisting the family.
