Gladys Emily Ulve, age 95 of Boscobel, passed away on Sunday November 6, 2016 at the Good Samaritan Society in Fennimore. She was born on August 13, 1921 in Clear Creek Wisconsin.  The daughter of Gunder and Edna (Brenn) Berg. She married Henry I. Craney on June 19, 1944 in California . He preceded her in death on November 6, 1964. She then married Arthur F. Ulve on August 16, 1968 at St. John's Lutheran Church in Boscobel. He preceded her in death on November 21, 1986. Gladys is survived by a daughter, Linda (John) Jackowick of West Allis Wisconsin. Two step daughters; Juli (Tom) Ferraro of McKinney Texas, Jeri (David) Jacobs of St. Petersburg Florida.  A son in law  Ron (Brenda) Marish of Boscobel. Seven Grandchildren: Stacey Horan of Justice Ill., Jessie Mohring of West Allis, Chris Marish of Winona Mn., Jeff (Julie) Ferraro of McKinney Tx., Jodi Ferraro of McKinney Tx., Cari Jacobs of Sherman Oakes Calif., Chad Jacobs of St. Petersburg Fl.. Seven Great-Grandchildren: Aidan Horan, Hank Mohring, Rylan, Emilie, Jackson and A​laina ​ Marish, Kai Ferraro. She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter Charlein  Marish, a son​ ​ T​homas ​ Craney, 2 granddaughters Kelly Jackowick, M​eredith ​​ Craney, 1 great-granddaughter Alyssa Horan, along with 2 sisters 1 brother.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday November 12, 2016 at 11:15 A.M. at St. Johns Lutheran Church in Boscobel. Pastor Charles Koester officiating, private family burial in the Boscobel cemetery.  Friends may call on Saturday November 12, 2016 from 9:30 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. at the Kendall Funeral Home in Boscobel, with departure to the church. A Legion  Auxiliary service will be held at 9:15 A.M. at the Kendall Funeral Home.
