David L. Rutherford, age 69 of Boscobel, passed away on Wednesday September 18, 2013 at his home,  in Boscobel, surrounded by his family.  He was born on October 16, 1943 in Marietta Township Crawford County Wisconsin.  The son of Earl and Evelyn  (Frazier) Rutherford. He married Nancy Rice on August 29, 1964 , and have resided in Boscobel for many years.   He is survived by his wife Nancy Rutherford of Boscobel, 1 son David Rutherford and his wife Lan Su of Ankeny Ia. 1 daughter Amy Rutherford of Boscobel. 4 Grandsons  Dasan and Dylan Rutherford  and  Hayden and  Colten Schott. 1 sister Carol (Bruce) Taylor of Mt. Horeb. 2 brothers Dennis (Debbra) Rutherford of Richland Center, Doug (Carla) Rutherford of Wauzeka. 18 Nieces and Nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday September 24, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at the United Methodist Church in Boscobel. Pastor Stan Pegram officiating. Burial in the Boscobel Cemetery. Friends may call on Monday September 23, 2013 from 5 -00-8:00 P.M. at the Kendall Funeral Home in Boscobel and also at the church on Tuesday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of Service.
