Edward W. Nowak, age 85 of Boscobel, passed away on Tuesday December 22, 2015 at the Gundersen Boscobel Area Health Care in Boscobel. He was born on August 17, 1930 in Castle Rock Township Grant County Wisconsin. The son of John and Mary (Marsoun) Nowak. He married Shirley Wilson on August 30, 1969 at St. John's Nepomuc Catholic Church in Castle Rock. He is survived by his wife Shirley Nowak of Boscobel. Three daughters Rose Nowak of Boscobel, Cindy (Joe) Welsh of Boscobel, Linda (Dohnnie) Hines of Richland Center. Two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents.
A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday December 26, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Johns Nepomuc Catholic Church at Castle Rock. Father Miguel Galvez officiating. Burial will be at a later date in the Church Cemetery. There will be no formal visitation. The Kendall Funeral Service in Boscobel is assisting the family.
