Though many years have passed, I remember all the wonderful times we had while growing up, and in Larksville, at Grandma's house, at Aunt Helen's, and at your house. The Republican Party in Luzerne County had a lot of respect for Bill, and he was one of my favorite Republicans.I admired his dedication to public service and his determination to improve Luzerne County. I will miss Bill very much. |
