Wed July 12, 2017 I can't begin to express how sad I am to hear of Joey's passing. I wasn't able to see him very often after moving out of state but he was and will always be my friend. My deepest condolences to his sisters and brothers, Olivia, and his children. I have known Joey for many years, when he was "Joey Shaffer". We were only three months apart in age and shared interests in cars, fishing, and many other things. Going back to Pennsylvania will never be the same now and I will miss him. I'm so sorry.
