Mon November 04, 2019 Victor Malinowski was the most informed, surefooted, and unflappable civilian employee I have had the pleasure to work with. After reading of his noteworthy military career, most of which was unknown to me, I learned why he had such insight into the organization. Mr. Malinowski contributed much to the people he supported. I am grateful to have known him.

Mon November 11, 2019 When I saw Mr. Malinowski's obituary I immediately remembered his kind smile. I have such fond memories of Dianne's father picking us up after school dances, football games or pizza nights. Never said anything in the car -- just heard a chuckle out of him now and then as he listened to our crazy girl talk. A very fine man. My sympathy to the entire family.
