| Posted by: William Lane Wed May 30, 2018 | I am sorry to hear about Larry. He was my supervisor at GAD in Annapolis and MDOT in Hanover. It was a pleasure to work him for those years. My condolences go out to his wife and son. He was always pleasant guy and I will not forget him.
