I knew Rick from the police department.  He was always in a good moon and smiling.  I am sure he will be deeply missed.  RIP.
I also worked with his sister at the Bank of Glen Burnie.

My sympathy and prayers are extended to Chrissy, Tony and the entire Hall family.  Your Dad was a wonderful man!  My childhood is filled with wonderful memories of him.  I cannot think of Mr. Dick without thinking of his laugh or smile.  Always such a great friend to our family.  Prayers and love to you all.  Marie Staley Hagigh -  (Al Staley's daughter).

On several occasions I had the opportunity to work with Dick, he was a fine & professional Officer, he was well liked among his coworkers and will be deeply missed.

My sympathies to the family of Corporal Hall.  I knew and worked with Dick Hall during his entire career in the Anne Arundel County Police Department.  He was a professional Officer who made countless contributions to the safety and health of our citizens during his 23 year career.  Corporal Hall was well respected by his co-workers for his work product and the knowledge that he could be counted on to come to their aid if situations warranted.  He was also well liked due to his pleasant demeanor and sense of humor.  He seemed to always have a smile to share.  He has left us all too young.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Hall family during this difficult time.  Dickie was an awesome Police Officer, a great tennis instructor and a friend.  He taught many of the instructors at the Police Academy how to play tennis the correct way!  Rest in peace my Brother.

Dick,
Sorry I was not there. I just found out today. Thank you for being a great friend when I moved to Annapolis in 1986-1990. You were a great guy and I  will always remember our friendship.
