Why I Love My Dad
He has always been my Hero! He has always been there for me, as a child an adult. It is a blessing to have a Dad that love me. He tought me to love my mother, wife, and children without condition. Without him I would not have learned to love the Lord God. Yes he made mistakes that he was very sorry for and always went to cofession to ask God for forgivness. God blessed him with a great Mother, and wife that loved everyone equally, strangers and family. He was dedicated to his marriage vowels; for better or worse to death do them part. Why because he really loved his wife. He was willing to give up all his selfish needs to care for her. God was  watching him and knew he was a good man.
Yes as one of his children I haven't always done what he may have wished for me, but the  number one thing I have done is loved God. His grandchildren loved him very much. All the things I have done for him over the last few years, was because I loved him with all my heart. I pray he forgave me for my weak moments.  One of the biggest mistakes I make is not putting my troubles in God's hands, only he can give me guidance. Dad was  a good man, I wish to be just like my Dad.  I love my Dad! I thank God he gave me the chance to spend time quality with him over the last few years.   Don't wait for tomorrow to spend time with the ones you love.

Those we love never die, just depart before we do. Be strong.
