Wed November 18, 2015 LeRoy Wisner was an unusual man. He suffered when a drunk driver caused him to lose his lower legs thirty years ago while helping another with a stranded vehicle. This did not define him. His reaction did. LeRoy was a man of faith and he lived his faith exceptionally well. He looked ahead with a pure heart and moved on. He is a true example of forgiveness in my life. Angles rejoice, LeRoy is coming home.
