He land I lived about 2 miles apart just north of Stanberry. We often road the bus to and from school together. I always could count on him to be a friend during those times. In my teen years he would challenge me to keep up on his 5 mile run! He was our hero, our Navy serviceman, our cousin, our friend and he will be dearly missed. Our deepest condolences to you Cindy, Jon, Amy, and family.

Posted by: John E. Sparks Sat September 22, 2018 | Was very sad to learn of Jack's passing. We were both students at Southwest Baptist College in the late 60's and I knew him then. We went our separate ways, but I still have good memories of our friendship in those days of our youth.
