| Posted by: Carol Crouch Wed January 19, 2011 | Alene was a gracious presence in my life, as she certainly was to all who knew her. Her gentle smile and quiet ways will always be with us. She was one of the foundations of Mt. Zion Christian Church, and she lived a life of Christian principles every single day. We mourn her absence from our lives, but I know she will live, as my own mother still lives, within my heart. I can only imagine the look of joy on your face, Alene, as you are welcomed into Heaven. |

I see Marilyn and Carolyn and travel with them each year and we have many childhood memories to share. Alene was a sharing person with a big heart and a wonderful family. She will be missed by her family and friends. So sorry we couldn't attend the services, since we are out of state,but you are all in our thoughts and prayers. |
