James Leroy Corbin, an 80 year old Trenton, MO resident, passed away at 6:15 p.m., Sunday, February 03, 2019 at his residence.
A visitation will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday evening at Whitaker Eads Funeral Home in Trenton. His body is to be cremated following the visitation with future inurnment at Grand River Cemetery near Jameson, MO. Memorial donations are suggested in lieu of flowers to the Green Hills Animal Shelter and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home.
James Leroy Corbin was born July 5, 1938 in Jameson, MO to James and Juanita Grace (Dunkin) Corbin. He grew up in the Jameson area and farmed there and around Jamesport. In June of 1959 he was united in marriage to Judy Laffey in Gallatin, MO. Leroy enjoyed flea markets and went all over the country setting up booths and buying and selling antiques.
Surviving relatives include his significant other Connie Crawford of the home, a son Randy Corbin of Montana and his beloved dog Candy.
Those preceding him in death include his parents, wife, and a sister Virginia Egeland.
