Donna Noah, an 83 year old Warsaw, MO resident, passed away at 8:30 p.m., Saturday, August 5, 2017 at her residence, where she was under hospice care.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at Whitaker Eads Funeral Home of Trenton. Burial will follow in the Shelburne Cemetery southwest of Trenton. Open visitation will begin at 11:30 a.m., Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorial donations are suggested to the Benton County Hospice or the Shelburne Cemetery and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home.
Donna Fay (Stubbs) Noah was born November 2, 1933 in Lock Springs, MO to Walter “Mike” and Arby (Shriver) Stubbs. In October of 1969 she was united in marriage to Richard Noah. When not playing BINGO or cards with her sister, Donna loved watching the Grand Ole Opry and westerns or telling stories on her siblings.
Surviving relatives include her daughter Karen Kernes and husband Tim of Warsaw, son Vernon Noah and wife Debbie of St. Joseph, MO, a sister Emma Bankson and husband Louis of Trenton, granddaughters Kandy Ashler and husband Chris of St. Joseph, Crystal Tunnell of St. Joseph, Tammie Hadle of St. Joseph, and Sheena and husband Sean Spies of OK, great grandchildren Colten Ashler, Bodhi Anthony, Kylee Winters, Hayden Hadle, Kalub Anthony, Schyler Spies, and Michael Spies, a great-great grandson Noah Winters and several nieces and nephews.
Those preceding her in death include her parents, husband, brothers Ellis, Dallas, Melvile, Clifford, Don, Billy and Larry Stubbs, a sister Iola Persell, great granddaughters Lyndy and Taylor Ashler, nephew, Scotty Stubbs and nieces Larilee Stubbs and Ella Lovett.
