Donna Holloway, a 78 year old resident of Trenton, MO passed away at 2:25 a.m. on Sunday, April 23, 2017 at Wright Memorial Hospital of Trenton.
The body was cremated. A memorial graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, April 28, 2017 at Sandbank Cemetery at Laredo. Whitaker-Eads Funeral Home of Trenton is handling arrangements.
Mrs. Holloway was born on February 26, 1939 in Laredo, MO the daughter of Vaughn and May (Lambert) Peterie. She was married to James P. Holloway in 1958 at Laredo; he preceded her in death on May 15, 1994. She was a member of Rural Dale Church.
Survivors include her daughter, Donna Ramirez of Port Arthur, TX; a brother, Robert Peterie of Kansas City, MO; four grandsons, Stevey Kline, Pete Lovell, Brandon Ramirez, and Adam Ramirez; one great grandson, Fernando Olivo; three step grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. A special thanks to her niece, Freida Troester for all the love and care she gave her in her final days.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Carol Lemons; three sisters, Rosealee Weber, Nadine Brown, Betty Van Arsdale; a grandson, Christopher Ramirez; and a step grandson, Larry Lemons.
