Jackie, Brian and family: I am so sorry for your loss. Ione was like a second Mother to me. We have many many fond memories of visiting her farm and doing many interesting and fun things. May God bless you all with love and peace. Debbie

Ione was a wonderful example of the type of person we should all be. She was sweet, kind, thoughtful, spiritual and had the best of manners common from her generation! We all know she has a place assured in Heaven. When a very good friend of hers asked me what I thought Ione would say if she could tell us something, I said `Be happy for me!`

She was a great and loving lady. I will always remember spending time in their home as a child and the family gatherings as an adult. My mother was Rose Higgins and she always enjoyed her visits especially after we lost Dad.

Our heart felt condolences to you both.
