Twila Callihan, a 77 year old resident of Indian Hills in Chillicothe and former Humphreys resident, passed away at 9:24 a.m. on Friday, October 23, 2015.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 25, 2015 at Resthaven Mortuary of Trenton. A scheduled visitation will be held one hour prior to service time. Rev. Stan Richardson will officiate. Burial will be in the South Evans Cemetery, northeast of Trenton.  
Mrs. Callihan was born on December 25, 1937 in Blue Earth, MN the daughter of Cleda and Wanda “Babe” (Sailor) Williams. She graduated from Laredo High School. She was married to Merrill Callihan on September 9, 1962 in the Alpha Baptist Church. She sold real estate, worked for Dr. Eitel in Galt, a secretary at Donaldsons, and retired as Postmaster in Humphreys. She was a member of the Galt Christian Church.
She is survived by her husband, Merrill Callihan of Chillicothe, MO; a daughter, Lisa Fisher and her husband, Jeremy of St. Joseph, MO; a sister, Shila Childs of Jefferson City, MO; and sister in law, Joyce Williams of Kirksville, MO; and two grandchildren, Kira and Brenin.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Cleda Williams; and an infant brother, Maynard.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the South Evans Cemetery, they may be left at or mailed to Resthaven Mortuary, P.O. Box 587, Trenton, MO 64683.

RIP my dearest we have shared many happy times and you will always be in my thoughts. I have thought of you so many times and tried to reach you sorry to hear you are gone but with God now and I know we will meet again
