Brandon James “BJ” Bouzek, 25, of Trenton, passed away Monday evening, August 17, 2015 from injuries sustained in a car accident in Trenton.
Funeral services are scheduled for 4:00 PM on Friday , August 21, 2015 at Resthaven Mortuary North of Trenton. Burial to follow in the Stucker Cemetery, southwest of Laredo, MO. A scheduled visitation is from 6:00 – 8:00 PM on Thursday at Resthaven. Open visitation to begin Thursday morning. BJ was born on March 25, 1990 in Trenton, Missouri to David and Sandy (Archuleta) Bouzek. He loved racing, fishing, hunting, playing pool, riding four wheelers, driving, and racing on the junior dragstrip. In 2003 he was undefeated with wins at the I-35 Speedway.
BJ is survived by his father, David Bouzek and wife Tracy of Trenton; mother, Sandy Meservey and husband Bryan of Trenton; sons, Brycen and Brodie Bouzek of Trenton; brothers, J.R. Archuleta of Spickard and Austin Bouzek of Trenton; stepsisters, Samantha and Bailey Summers of Trenton; grandparents, Bob and Evelyn Graham of Trenton; and step grandparents, Ralph and Sarah Meservey of Chula and Janice Meservey of Chillicothe.
He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Joanna Guerin; and great grandmothers, Mary Hernandez, Dorothy Christy, and Odevine Bulyar.
