Kathryn Maurine Moore Urton passed away at 6:20 a.m. on Monday, November 24, 2014 at Eastview Manor Nursing Home.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 11:00 a.m. November 28, 2014 at Resthaven Mortuary, Trenton, MO. There will be a visitation one hour prior to service from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.  Brother Danny Wilford will officiate.  Burial will be in the Resthaven Memorial Gardens in Trenton, MO., at a later date.
Kathryn was born on October 11, 1921 in Sullivan County, Missouri.  She was the daughter of Wesley and Nora Doolin Moore.  She was married to Len J. Urton on November 12, 1938 at Trenton, MO.  They farmed all of their lives on a farm northwest of Galt, MO.
Mrs. Urton is survived by three sons; Larry and Jimmy Urton of Galt, MO and Jerry Urton of Jamesport, MO; three daughters, Lynda Wendt of Miller, MO, Sharon Moberly of Pleasant Hill, MO and Connie Kelsey of Trenton, MO; 14 granddaughters, 3 grandsons; 41 great- grandchildren and 11 great- great grandchildren; one sister-in-law, Hortense Urton of Trenton, MO; nieces, Joyce Cummins of Kansas City, MO; Mary Thomas of Trenton, MO and Mary Ann Lavely of Derby, IA; and nephews, Eddie Davis of Kansas City, MO, Ronald Urton of Trenton, MO, and Rusty Moore of Excelsior Springs, MO.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Len Urton; sisters, Dorothy Davis and infant, Gladys Moore; brothers, Bob and Howard Moore and one great -grandson, A.J. Dummer.
The family suggests memorial contributions to The American Kidney Foundation, The American Cancer Society, or St. Louis Children’s Hospital in memory of A.J. Dummer.
