Juanita Cox, an 86 year old resident of Jamesport, MO passed away at 6:12 p.m. on September 22, 2014 at her residence due to natural causes.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, September 27, 2014 at Resthaven Mortuary of Trenton. A family visitation will be held from 6 to 7:00 p.m. on Friday at the mortuary. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens of Trenton.
Mrs. Cox was born on January 30, 1928 in Tindall, MO the daughter of Ervin Homer and Nora Felix (Stewart) Dennison. She was married to Dale Cox on September 26, 1949 in Trenton, MO; he preceded her in death on March 2, 2001.
She is survived by a daughter, Nancy Spahr and her husband Steve, of Elizabeth, CO; two grandsons, Michael Hines and Billy Spahr and his wife Amanda; three granddaughters, Victoria Hines, Sara Adams and her husband Chris, and Stacy Antunez and her husband Paz; and five great grandchildren, Julius, Mariah, Aliyah, Nataliah, and Jaxson.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her sister, Virginia Pilcher; and infant daughter who passed away on September 22, 1950 and daughter, Janet Hines who passed away on October 27, 2011.
