Leona was a lovely lady and will be missed by our family. I can remember her telling the story of how when I was little I was told not to pick the orange from her tree...she only had one. And yet somehow I managed to pick it and bring it to her. Her and Glen used to play cards with the folks when I was growing up and occasionally let me play a hand or two. She's been one of my mom's closest friends through the years...they enjoyed playing cards and going on trips together. She was a wonderful encourager to us all. Almost like a second grandma to my children and I always knew she said a prayer over them at all times. I'm grateful for the moments that she was apart of my life...thank you for sharing her with us! Hugs to the family...thinking of you in prayer also. Knowing that she has gone to be with her Lord and is looking down and smiling on us all.
