Maxine Ford, an 81 year old Milan, MO resident, passed away at 9:09 p. m., Wednesday, September 15, 2010 at Sullivan County Memorial Hospital in Milan, MO.
Graveside services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Saturday, September 18, 2010 at the Schrock Cemetery South of Reger, MO. Open visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m., Friday at Payne Funeral Home of Galt, MO. Memorial donations may be made to the Schrock Cemetery.
Maxine Ford was born January 9, 1929 in Osgood, MO to William and Gladys Lathum Middaugh. In 1945 she was united in marriage to Guy Ford and they moved to Milan, MO. Mrs. Ford worked for Con-Agra Foods for 30 years retiring in 1990.
Surviving relatives include her sons Pete Ford and his companion Betty of Milan, MO, and Bill Ford of Browning, MO, a sister Izetta Rardon of Lee’s Summit, MO, three grandchildren, Joel Ford and his wife Zella, Amy Mason and her husband Haywood, and Kayla Ford, as well as 6 great grandchildren.
Those preceding her in death include her parents, husband, and two brothers Harold and Herb Middaugh.
