Judith Ann Crowder 72 of El Dorado Springs, Mo. passed away on November 26, 2013 at Cedar County Hospital.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday November 30, 2013 at the Whitaker-Eads Funeral Home of Trenton. Open visitation will be held all day Friday and family visitation from 12:00 to 1:00 on Saturday before services at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Half Rock Cemetery north of Galt.

Mrs Crowder was born on December 28, 1940 in Moline, IL the daughter of Robert and Edith (Danielson) Herring. She graduated from Galt High School in 1958. After graduation she went to worked for Transamerica Insurance Company and later retired from Burlington Coat Factory. She was married to Robert Crowder on June 1, 1982 in Miami, OK. They have lived in El Dorado Springs for the past 13 years.

She survived by her husband, Robert Crowder of El Dorado Springs, MO; 3 sons, Clay Shoemaker, Cevin Shoemaker, and Todd Miller, all of Kansas City, MO; a brother, Ron Herring of Kansas City, MO; a sister, Patty Kriewitz of Trenton, MO; 13 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Aunt Judy was truly one of the kindest,most caring lady's I ever knew. She will forever hold a large special place in my heart. Sending prayers to her son's and our cousin's,Clay,Ceven,Todd,her sister,[ Patty], our mother and her brother our[ uncle Ron].
