I only knew Mrs. Kelsey for a little while, but while I knew her she touched my heart and I cared for her deeply. She was always so sweet to me. I am sorry for your loss.

God is lucky to have her as one of his Angels now.

Rest in Peace.

any of you kids, but remember the fun times we had as kids. Our prayers
are with you for comfort at this time.
