Patricia Exline, a 76 year old Trenton, MO resident, passed away at 1:03 p.m., Friday, October 26, 2018 at Liberty Hospital in Liberty, MO.
Memorial graveside services and inurnment are scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Friday, November 9, 2018 at Maple Grove Cemetery in Trenton.  Memorial donations are suggested to the Cancer Research Institute and may be left with or mailed to Whitaker Eads funeral Home in Trenton.
Patricia Exline was born September 7, 1942 in Unionville, MO to John and Helen (Henry) Mullinex.  She graduated two years early at 16 from Fairfield High School in Fairfield, Iowa.  On March 10, 1962 she was united in marriage to Richard Lee Exline.  He preceded her in death in 2000.  After their marriage they moved to Unionville, MO and then to Trenton in 1981.  A smart, hard-working, and humble lady, Patricia loved reading in her spare time, gave to charities when she could, and was a devoted grandmother until her dying day.
Surviving relatives include her daughter Valley Exline and husband David Butler of Minneapolis, MN, sisters Melissa Smitka and husband Rick Shaw of Grain Valley, MO, Donna Price of Centerville, IA, Peggy Ford also of Centerville IA, and grandchildren Patty Seward of Trenton, Deonna Moment of Fort Worth, TX and John Seward of Kansas City, KS.  
Those preceding her in death include her parents, husband, a brother James Mullinex and an infant son Richard Lee Exline II.
