Ann Trombley, a 60 year old Trenton resident, passed away at 5:45 a.m., Sunday, September 30, 2018 at her daughter’s home in Prairie Village, KS where she was under hospice care.
Memorial services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 6, 2018 at Hodge Presbyterian Church in Trenton. A reception will follow at the Elk’s Lodge. A private inurnment will be at a later date in Maple Grove Cemetery of Trenton. Memorial donations are suggested in Lieu of flowers to the Green Hills Animal Shelter and may be left with or mailed to Whitaker Eads Funeral Home in Trenton.
Ann Trombley was born September 20, 1958 in Schenectady, NY to Donald Willis and Lucille Carpenter (Tubbs McKitterick) Roshé. Ann grew up in Edina, MN and graduated from Edina West High School with the class of 1977. She then received her Bachelor’s in Business Management from Steven’s College in Columbia, MO. On May 31, 1980 she was united in marriage to Tad Trombley in Edina, MN. Ann was very active in many groups and clubs including Antiques Study, Book Club and many Bridge clubs.
Surviving relatives include her husband Tad of the home, daughter Dr. Kalista Engelman and husband Dr. Peter of Prairie Village, KS, son Austin Trombley of San Francisco, CA, a brother Roger Rosché and wife Yoshiko of Singapore and three grandchildren Jack, Lucy and Sam. She was preceded in death by her parents.
