Aron Ray Vandevender, a 41 year old Trenton, MO resident, passed away at 1:00 a.m., Saturday, February 10, 2018 at his residence.
His body is to be cremated with a visitation scheduled from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m., Thursday, February 15th, 2018 at Resthaven Mortuary of Trenton. Memorial donations are suggested to the Green Hills Animal Shelter and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home.
Aron Ray Vandevender was born January 30, 1977 to Henry and Sue Vandevender in Trenton, MO. He graduated from Trenton High School and received a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Missouri Columbia. After graduation Aron worked for the Department of Social Security in Chillicothe. He has remained there for 17 years and was employed as a manager. On June 24, 2011 he was united in marriage to Becky Gwinn in Kansas City, MO. Aron was an avid car fan and enjoyed music and playing drums.
Surviving relatives include his wife Becky of the home, parents Henry and Sue Vandevender of Tindall, children Gage Vandevender of St. Joseph, MO, and Saige and Skylar Gott of Trenton, sister Angela Holloway and husband Greg of Columbia, MO, brothers Alan Buckner and friend Elizabeth Gibson of Trenton, Dewayne Brown and wife Julie of Denver, CO and Mark Brown and wife Michelle of Grain Valley, MO.
