Coline Porter, an 86 year old Chillicothe, MO resident, passed away at 11:23 p.m., January 17, 2018 at Indian Hills in Chillicothe.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Thursday, January 25, 2018 at Resthaven Mortuary of Trenton.  Burial will follow in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.  A visitation is scheduled from 1:00 until service time Thursday.  Open visitation will begin Wednesday morning at the funeral home.  Memorial donations are suggested to either the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home.
Coline Porter was born August 12, 1931 in Chillicothe, MO to Loyal and Edith May (Dudley) Manning.  She graduated from Chillicothe High School.  On August 27, 1950 she was united in marriage to Wendall Wayne Wilson in Chillicothe.  He preceded her in death on March 18, 1968.  Coline was remarried to Donald Porter on October 17, 1969 in Trenton.  He also preceded her in death on February 21, 1982.  For a few years Coline worked with Southwestern Bell before working as a travel agent for Aladdin World Travel in El Paso, TX.  She enjoyed traveling, reading, Jazz music and dancing.  
Surviving relatives include her daughters Beth Gross of Trenton and Becki Gross and her fiancé Jim Beier of Chillicothe, step son Don Porter and wife Sandy of St. Anthony, IA, brothers Bill Manning of Chillicothe and Chuck Manning and wife Barbara of Los Cruces, NM, sisters Carol McHugh and husband Steve of Anderson, SC, Lori Spainhour of Warrensburg and Joyce Lengyel and husband Dennis of Lake Ozark, MO, grandchildren Brandon Gross and wife Verena of West Orange, NJ and Ashley Gross of Kansas City, MO, step grandsons Kirk Porter of Los Angeles, CA, Drew Porter of Ames, IA, and Jack Porter of St. Anthony, IA, and a great granddaughter Nina Gross of West Orange, NJ.
Those preceding her in death include her parents, husbands, brothers Bob and Harold Manning, and step grandson Eric Porter.
