Ruth Hoskins, a 93 year old Trenton resident, passed away at 8:45 p.m. on Friday, September 30, 2017 at Sunnyview Nursing Home of Trenton.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, October 2, 2017 at the Grundy Center Cemetery. Resthaven Mortuary of Trenton is handling arrangements.
Mrs. Hoskins was born on December 24, 1923 in Trenton, MO the daughter of Clyde and Fay (McElfresh) Craig. She was married to Billy Hoskins on February 17, 1943 in Amarillo, TX; he preceded her in death on February 20, 1985. She was a lifelong resident of Trenton. She worked at Hy Power and the Gables. She was a member of the Grundy Center United Methodist Church and American Legion Post 31 Ladies Auxiliary.
There are no immediate survivors.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Sherry Lynn Hoskins; and a sister, Maxine Craig.
