Tressia Anderson, a 52 year old resident of Brimson, MO passed away at her home on Tuesday, January 27, 2015 while under hospice care.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 30, 2015 at Resthaven Mortuary of Trenton. A scheduled visitation will be held from 6 to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday at Resthaven Mortuary. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens, north of Trenton.
Tressia was born on April 26, 1962 in Trenton, MO the daughter of Gene and Cordelia (Hildebrand) Shuler. She graduated from Trenton High School in 1980. Growing up she loved playing in the band and playing softball. Her softball team went to New York for National Softball Tournament, that was something she was very proud of. She was married to David Anderson on January 16, 2009 , they enjoyed going to the lake to spend time with friends. She devoted her time to taking care of others and she most enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, David Anderson of the home; a daughter, Hillary Calkins of Iowa Falls, IA; a son, Dustin Wilson and his companion, Charlsey Adams of Trenton, MO; 2 step sons, Zach Anderson and his wife, Jamie of Trenton, MO and Justin Anderson and his wife, Ivy of Trenton, MO; 2 brothers, Danny Shuler and his wife, Lori of Trenton, MO and Brandon Shuler of Ackley, IA; grandchildren, Hannah and Emily Calkins, Ryker Wilson, Jayden and Gavin Roeder, Layton Anderson, and Gus Anderson; also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.
