Glen McCloud, an 81 year old resident of Bolivar, MO, passed away at 9:23 p.m., Sunday, December 21, 2014 at Citizen’s Memorial Healthcare Facility in Bolivar.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Sunday, December 28, 2014 at Resthaven Mortuary of Trenton.  Burial will follow in Resthaven Memorial Gardens of Trenton.  A visitation is scheduled from 1:00 until service time Sunday.
Mr. McCloud was born on January 25, 1933 in Gilman City, Missouri to Otto and Hortense (Fears) McCloud.  Glen was married to Cora Sue Crawford on Sept. 16, 1951 in Trenton.  Mr. McCloud farmed and later worked for the Missouri Department of Conservation for 33 years, from 1962 - 1995.  Glen loved camping, hunting and fishing as well as Mizzou football and basketball.  He was a member of the Salem Baptist Church.

Glen is survived by his wife Cora Sue and their children: a son, Rick McCloud and daughter-in-law Sandra of Lee’s Summit; Nancy McCloud and Cheryl Powers of Windsor; Krista (McCloud) Wilson and son-in-law Mike Wilson of Springfield; Tim McCloud and daughter-in-law Sharon of Clinton; and Sharon (McCloud) Engelbrecht, and son-in-law Jay Engelbrecht of Webb City, 13 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.

Mr. McCloud was preceded in death by his parents, and two siblings, Betty Jean McCloud and Vina Lee Spickard. He is survived by five siblings: Clara Bell (McCloud) Newkirk and Edward of Independence; Clarence McCloud and Patty of Corpus Christi, Texas; Randall McCloud and Phyllis of Spickard; Robert McCloud and Sue of Independence; and Mike McCloud and Lanette of Trinity, Texas.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Missouri Department of Conservation, Donations Coordinator, and left with or mailed to the funeral home.
