Michael Jacob Lamme, a 23-year-old Dallas, TX resident and former Waynesville resident, died on Thursday, Dec. 20, 2012 in a motor vehicle accident in Texas.
The body was cremated. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 28, 2012 at Resthaven Mortuary of Trenton. Family friend, Dirk Ellis will officiate.
Michael was born on September 12, 1989 in Coronado, California, the son of David and Sheryl (Molloy) Lamme. Michael was an aspiring studio musician, entertainer, and model. His hobbies included Music, Photography, Dancing, and fishing. He loved the outdoors and helping people.
He is survived by his parents, Dave and Sheryl Lamme of Waynesville; a brother, Ethan Lamme and his wife, Dana and their daughter, Luna of Austin, TX; a grandmother, Shirley DeVos of Moberly; an aunt, Sue Samp and her husband, Dale of Cairo; and two uncles, Jim Molloy of Trenton and Dave Molloy and his wife, Harlaine of Springfield.
Michael had a huge heart and frequently went out of his way to assist those in need. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the the Grundy County Food Pantry or the homeless shelter of your choice, they can be left at or mailed to Resthaven Mortuary, P.O. Box 587, Trenton, MO 64683.
