Jess Ann Tolle, an 83 year old Galt, MO resident passed away at 9:40 p.m. at St. Luke’s Hospital on the Plaza in Kansas City, MO.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 8, 2017 at Resthaven Mortuary of Trenton. A scheduled visitation will be held one hour prior to service time. Burial will be in the Salem Cemetery, west of Galt.
Mrs. Tolle was born on February 5, 1933 the daughter of Jesse and Anna (Darr) McLin. She was married to Ernie Tolle on December 6, 1952 in Trenton, MO; he preceded her in death on September 14, 2009. They lived and farmed all their married lives in the Galt and Dunlap communities. She also worked and retired from Serve Link in Trenton.
Surviving relatives include a daughter, Dianna Greer of Mesquite, TX; two sons, Alan Tolle and his wife, Penny of Trenton, MO and Gary Tolle and his wife, LeAnn of Galt, MO; a brother, Jerry McLin of Chillicothe, MO; a sister, Judy Tudor of Bloomington, IL, a step-brother, George Barton and his wife, Wilma of Independence, MO; nine grandchildren; and twenty great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a sister, Jean Maloney; a brother, Dale McLin; a step brother, James Barton; and a great grandchild, Tracen Tolle.
