Charles E. Hulse, a 68 year old resident of Blue Springs, MO and former Galt area resident, passed away at 1:10 a.m. on Tuesday, November 16, 2010 at the St. Marys Hospital in Blue Springs.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 20, 2010 at the Payne Funeral Home of Galt. One hour visitation will be held prior to service.  Burial will be in the Princeton Cemetery at Princeton, MO.

Mr. Hulse was born on September 15, 1942 in Trenton, MO the son of Perry and Marjorie Foster Hulse.  He was married to Carolyn Pickett on March 7, 1975, she preceded him in death on December 6, 1997.  He worked as a truck driver.  He was a member of the Dunlap Baptist Church.

Mr. Hulse is survived by a brother, Max Hulse and his wife, Patty of Bates City, MO; a sister, Elsie Mae Snyder and her husband, Larry of Preston, MO; 2 nephews, Dave Hulse and Brad Hulse of Oak Grove, MO; and 2 nieces, Emily Snyder of Preston, MO and Angela Filback of Springfield, MO.; also survived by several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Charles helped us when I was working at the Swit & Co Hatchery years ago in Trenton. We always had a fun time eeven when the days were long and hard. Elsie we worked together at JC Penney''s in Trenton.
My condolences to all of Charles family.
