To the family of Janice Hamilton Williams: I was Janice's first and second grade teacher at the Liberty School in Sullivan county near Osgood. I was so sorry to see the article about her death in the St. Joseph Newspress today. I then looked up the obituary in the Trenton Paper on the internet. It won't be possible for me to go to the service at the Hamilton Cemetery on Monday as my husband and myself both have doctor appointments in Kansas City. Again I am so sorry and you have my heartfelt sympathy. God bless all of you. Betty

I worked with Maxine McCullum and Janice at Lakeview in the kitchen for two years when I was a teenager (1979-1980) Oh the fun we had! The two of them were so full of life and made me enjoy cooking and preparing food with them! Janice and I worked great together, and I have vivid and fond memories of her. Please accept my deepest sympathy in her passing. She sure was a fun lady to work with, and I will always remember her. Sincerely, Caryee Sayer Smith
