My beloved uncle, you've now joined your beloved wife in the Other world. You know how much I admire what you have done to liberate our country, France, in 1944 and 1945. If I have a Jeep Willys for many years, it's to honor the GIs which you were part, and unfortunatly many friends of yours never came back at home. When I wear during historic re-enactments the same uniforms that you wore during WWII,  it's in your honor, you know that. I kiss you very strong, and I wish that you will kiss strongly for me Aunt Yvette. I Hope to see you again in the Other world, if I deserve.
God save your soul.
Your nephew Yann, his daughter Fanny and his son Romain.
Alan, Fredda and all the family, very sincere condolences and a lot of  kisses.

Dear familly of “Bob” Francis T. Sendker,

Accept my condolences for your dad, grandfather. Veteran of Normandy and Bastogne (Battle of the Bulge), it is also fat to him as American soldiers, that Europe have a Liberty.

The Europeans and the Belgians people owe to the soldiers but also to the people of the United State of America a lot.

He in gained her Legion of Honour, and also the gratitude of the Belgian people.
