Powers, Daniel J. of Foxboro, formerly of Norfolk, April 18, age 29 (unexpectedly). Loving son of John Powers
and his wife Patricia (D'Intinosanto) of Foxboro and Kathleen McDavitt and her husband George A. Haynal of
North Attleboro. Devoted brother of John W. Powers, Jr. and his wife Jessica of Norfolk, Shawn Powers and his wife Cheryl of Attleboro, Griffin Powers of Bellingham, Heather Silva and her husband Isaiah of Attleboro and Heather Morgan of Foxboro. Cherished uncle of Griffin Jr., Alexis, Ashley, Jeffrey, Isaiah, Noah, Tanner, Ryan and Caylee. Funeral from the Alexander F. Thomas & Sons Funeral Home, 45 Common Street, Walpole, Saturday morning at 9, followed by a service at the funeral home at 10. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours Friday evening from 4-8. Interment at Fairview Cemetery, Hyde Park. Dan was an active athlete who enjoyed running, waffle ball tournaments, working out and socializing with his many friends.

Dearest Kathy and family,
I was so shocked to hear of Danny''''s sudden death and can''''t imagine the heartache that you all must be feeling right now. I wish that I lived closer so that I could be there to just give you a hug. Words seem so hollow now and don''''t seem to convey exactly the depths of my condolences. You left too soon, brother. You will be missed by a great many people. I still remember our first real introduction, my car wouldn''t start and you were driving by, you only recognized me from work and stopped to offer me a ride. That one moment showed me the kind of guy you were Dan, and it was that moment that causes me to pay it forward to others in need.
My personal condolences to Dan''s entire family who have lost a person who was dear to so many people.

I was deeply saddened to hear of Dan''s passing. I have known him for a number of years here at AI and regarding him as a great person and enjoyed talking with him. Dan was always willing to help with a smile whenever I needed his assistance in the DC. My prayers are with you all in hopes of bringing some comfort to you for your loss.

I have just learned of today of the passing of Dan. I grew up knowing him as a little boy, he always made me laugh! and he was so tough just like his big brothers! My heart is saddened by his loss, my god be holding you tight in his hands Daniel, god bless you.
