McFARLAND, Peter J. of Sharon, November 27, age 99. Beloved husband of Grace (MacDonald) of 70 years. Devoted
father of Joan Simpson and her husband Bill of Yarmouth Port, Ann Strack and her husband David of Foxboro and Ralph
and his wife Linda of Webster, NH. Loving grandfather of Andrew, Courtney, Erin, Lindsay, Casey and Eric and
great grandfather of of Tanner, Samantha, Emily and Kate. Visiting hours will be held Thursday morning from
10:30am to 12:30pm at the Alexander F. Thomas & Sons Funeral Home, 45 Common Street, Walpole, MA. Relatives
and friends invited. Interment will be private at family's request. Late WWII and Korean War, Army Air Force and
Navy veteran.

I would like to offer my condolences to the McFarland family. 99 years is quite an accomplishment according to the Bible (Psalm 90:10) and I know Mr. Peter has left you with many precious memories and will be greatly missed. Hopefully scripture will give you comfort because our loving heavenly Father, Jehovah God (Psalm 83:18), is promising us he will do away with man's worst enemy, death. This is found for us at Rev. 21: 4; "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore."
